How / When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. We also can do US Mail if requested. Orders are shipped out usually the same day as ordered (by 3:00pm EST ) provided items are in stock and all information is up to date on account. We can / may delay a shipment in order to be able to include more merchandise and avoid a backorder. Please indicate to us if you need the item(s) within a certain time frame so we can ship in time.
May I return an order I placed and received?
No merchandise will be accepted for a return without prior consent. Notification of a return must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged on returned goods. Items MUST be in saleable condition and in original packaging. ALL special orders are FINAL!
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard, unless prior terms are established. If a prepayment is preferred, please call our customer service and we can give you a total including shipping charges.
I need my item ASAP, what are my options?
We can ship items to you by the date needed. You must tell us when you need the items by in order to get it to you in time. UPS ships via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select or Regular Ground. The more time you give yourself and us notice the more you can save on shipping charges.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping charges are dependent on your zip code, the weight, whether you are in a commercial or residential location, the value and the number of packages. Historically a package weighing 5-15 lbs. under $100 value will cost $11-$13 shipping charges. You may ask for a shipping charges quote based on your order and we can estimate your total.
